The reconstruction of the building of the Machine-Tractor Center (STS) in Holíč was executed in the industrial style of old English lofts. The exterior shell of the orignal building was preserved, the brick walls and original structures were uncovered, the proportions of the windows and their design were adjusted. The façade was lined with bricks and folded AL-sheet. The ridge of the building remained glazed according to the original intention. In the interior, in contrast to the rough surfaces of the walls, a shiny monolithic floor has been poured, which gives the space the necessary elegance. The atmosphere is completed by atypical luminaires made of various prefabricated metal as well as all other accessories for building openings made of galvanized sheets.

There is a production hall in the complex, which has the status of a sheltered workshop with facilities that have been expanded and renovated in the same design and together with a tastefully incorporated garden is an example of how a dilapidated industrial environment can be aestheticized and used in a new way.

Due to the great interest in renting the renovated premises, container extensions will be created in the adjacent courtyard, which will expand the storage and administrative capacities of the complex.
