CITY HOUSE NEAR THE PARK

We were surprised by the sloping terrain with views and the restrictions of the Zoning plan, which prevented any vertical division of the building. Adding on, the foundations were complex in nature and all around rapidly emerged unregulated neighboring buildings, which gradually began to steal the desired views of Kamzík and Horský park.

Stronger than all objective limitations was our memory of harmonious building practice from the 1930s and an experienced builder who patiently and precisely implemented the new Bratislava villa in a timeless design.

When creating the house, we focused on its exceptional location with a wide range of views. Therefore, we placed the house in the upper part of the plot, in the living room we created an arched continuous glass wall, and we designed another terrace on the roof. Part of the roof was left for extensive greenery.

In the house, we designed a glass elevator for all floors and revolving parking for more efficient use of the garage space.

In the interior, the onyx wall refers to the elegance of Villa Tugendhat in Brno.

The magnificence of the interior with high ceilings, oak floors, glass staircases, smart lighting and designer furnishings extends with terraces  into a pretty garden.
